I booked a cleaning appointment for 9:00 a.m. I waited until around 10:00 a.m. before I was finally told that they needed to cancel because their car had broken down. While that was frustrating, I understood that unexpected situations can happen, so I agreed to reschedule for the next morning at 9:00 a.m.

Before the rescheduled appointment, I reached out to ask for confirmation. My calls were never answered. Although someone occasionally replied by text, they never confirmed whether the appointment was still happening.

The next morning, no one showed up again. After I asked for an update, I was told, "I'll check to see where she's at." Then they said, "She's a subcontractor and she's not responding. She should've been there already."

At that point, it was clear they had no idea where the cleaner was and had not even confirmed that she was coming before my scheduled appointment. I had already wasted two mornings waiting.

The biggest issue was not the initial cancellation. Things happen. The problem was the lack of communication, the failure to manage their subcontractor, and making me wait for updates instead of proactively informing me. A customer should not have to chase down a company just to find out whether anyone is coming.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The customer service was terrible and the Execution and the follow up were just awful. I found this company through craigslist, which already made me a little skeptical because a lot of services coming from them are not always on the up and up. However, I needed something done immediately at a home that I am in the middle of renovating. I contacted Philip at this Cleaning Service, who assured me that his Google reviews were immaculate and that he provided a wonderful service. I booked the service online with an option of cash upon arrival. This is where things got a little crazy. I was contacted by Philip and he let me know that. Cash is not an option with his company however it was an option on his website. He then wanted me to pay an invoice for Service I had not received. I was uncomfortable with that so I was not going to book with them because of that no other Cleaning Service had asked for that. He text messaged me after our conversation and told me that I could pay upon arrival of the Cleaning Service lady and that would be fine. He seemed very desperate for the invoice to be paid online. Because we had a misunderstanding about cash or invoice, I insisted on paying cash after the service was completed . I Booked for a three hour job it took three days. after a very rude exchange in commentary, I insisted that he get his cut from his cleaner that he sent to our house. he sent one person to clean a four bedroom 2400 square-foot home. He accidentally forwarded some messages to us that he was trying to send to Veronica, which was our cleaning lady implying that we were scamming him when in fact, he was scamming the entire time he wanted to pay our cleaner $100 for a very demanding job. He began threatening her with calling the police and a whole bunch of shenanigans. Nonetheless, I will never use a service again. Today would make the third day that she has been at our house. The job is still not complete and we still have not paid her. However, he’s threatened her with the police telling her she stole money. This Company  is a mess . Go somewhere else .I am Making some of you aware of the unprofessionalism that I received. His workers do not work for him. They are contracted. They are not vetted. So just anyone is coming in your house so be aware. He also never called back to ask about anything that happened at the house. I have not heard from him. Horrible experience. Never again ! This service will cost me 400 dollars .. I paid for my own cleaning supplies .
